Sometimes what looks like betrayal is actually self-defense. I didn’t turn my back on you for no reason — I moved because I realized you were already moving against me. While I was showing loyalty, you were making plans behind my back & saw the receipts to back it up, thinking I wouldn’t notice.
I never wanted things to end that way, but I refused to let someone’s hidden intentions become my downfall. I protected myself from the same person who was preparing to hurt me. The difference is, I didn’t plot first — I responded when I saw the truth.
Some people call it betrayal when you stop playing their game. They forget that trust works both ways. Once someone starts building a plan to tear you down, you have every right to remove yourself, protect your peace, and choose yourself.
You should of thought about your actions before you decided to throw your family to the streets behind your insecurities, your pathological lies and the plots you were intending to do to your own flesh & blood. If I were you I would accept the facts, focus on teaching your child better then what he has witnessed so far. All that you have done you should be ashamed of yourself but then want to play victim. Work on yourself and learn to be a real man.
