LOVE LANGUAGES

The five love languages

  • Words of Affirmation: Using words to build up the other person, such as compliments, words of encouragement, and saying "I love you".
  • Acts of Service: Performing actions that help and support your partner. This can include things like doing chores, running errands, or anything that eases their burden.
  • Receiving Gifts: Feeling loved by receiving tangible symbols of affection. The gift itself is less important than the thought and effort behind it.
  • Quality Time: Giving your partner your undivided attention. This means putting away distractions to have meaningful conversations or shared activities.
  • Physical Touch: Expressing love through physical connection, such as hugging, holding hands, a pat on the back, or other forms of physical intimacy.
