Fruit of the Spirit
The Fruit of the Spirit refers to the nine qualities that the Holy Spirit helps grow in the life of a believer. These qualities show the kind of character and behavior that reflect God’s nature. They are found in Galatians 5:22–23 in the Bible.
The Nine Fruits and Their Meanings:

A selfless, caring, and unconditional love that puts others first.

Being trustworthy, dependable, and loyal—to God and to others.

Gentleness

Showing humility and being soft in words and actions, not harsh or rude.

Having control over your emotions, desires, and actions.

Example: Avoiding anger, temptation, or harmful behavior.
